On March 8, Gigi Hadid shared the process she went through for her hair transformation at the hands of celebrity hair stylist Chris McMillan. First, she posted a video set to Loretta Lynn’s “Act Naturally,” as he shaped her long wet hair into a chic loose bob. In the video, the model is wearing a striped robe, and then shares the finished chop with a mirror shot where she’s in a black bra. McMillan leans into the clip to show how the end of the cut sits above her collar bone.

A few hours later, Hadid shared a carousel of the finished look all dried out and styled. In the first pic, she’s wearing a semi-sheer ribbed gray polo shirt that showed a hint of her white bra underneath. In the next photo, Hadid wore a black cami and an over-sized cardigan that slipped off her shoulders. In the final picture, she was dressed in a woven yellow shirt under two pink sweaters, one wrapped around her shoulders.

McMillan is very well known as a celebrity hair stylist, particularly for “The Rachel,” Jennifer Aniston’s famous 90s look she wore on Friends. Hadid’s updated cut comes up amidst her rumored relationship with Maestro‘s Bradley Cooper. A source told Entertainment Tonight in February that they are “serious.”

“Gigi and Bradley’s relationship is serious, and they have already spoken about their future together and next steps,” that source said. “They are great at communicating with each other in a healthy, open, and honest way. They are excited about moving forward.”

They added that both Hadid and Cooper’s families approve of their dating. Cooper was formerly in a relationship with model Irina Shayk, with whom he shares a daughter, Lea. Hadid also has a daughter, Khai, who she shares with One Direction member Zayn Malik.
