Kansas City Chiefs heiress Ava Hunt has officially moved into her dorm at Southern Methodist University (SMU) – and she completely revamped it into a stunning bedroom filled to the brim with cute décor, neon lights, and luxurious furniture.

Dorm rooms are well known for being small, cramped, and boring, but billionaire Chiefs owner Clark Hunt’s daughter Ava, 18, turned hers into a pink haven complete with opulent decorations and floral touches.

Her 53-year-old mom, former beauty queen Tavia Hunt, shared a glimpse into the lavish dorm room via Instagram on Thursday.

She uploaded an array of photos that showed her daughter posing in her new digs, while sharing a heartwarming message to the teen to commemorate her heading off to the Texas college.

One image showed the mother-daughter-duo hugging in the dorm room, while another featured Ava standing by herself alongside the stylish decorations.

Ava’s dorm room contained a silver and white vanity with a pink chair, a nightstand, and shelves.

On the vanity sat a shiny lamp and a mirror that had small lightbulbs around the edge.

Ava also decorated her nightstand with a bouquet of pink roses and dual lights for her and her roommate, who is also named Ava.

The ladies also had matching pink, floral bed spreads and stools to help them get up.

On the walls hung an array of chic paintings of the beach, mountains, and a horse, as well as neon signs that said each of the women’s first and middle names above their beds.

‘Today, I left a piece of my heart at SMU. Ava Hunt, you’ve always been a mix of sunshine and hurricane – fierce, fearless, and capable of incredible things,’ Tavia gushed in the caption.

‘I’m overflowing with excitement for you, even as I tuck away my tears for later. I’m wading through emotions as I pass by your now too-clean room.

‘The house is too quiet without your laughter, and Chief and I are already missing the familiar scent of your Sol de Janeiro body spray.

‘I know you’ll return often, and that this marks a new adventure and freedom for both of us… yet, I whisper earnest prayers for your safety, wisdom, and for a tribe of new sisters who love Jesus and love you.

‘May God bless you and watch over you – He has never failed me, nor will He fail you.’

The mom-of-two added that ‘watching her shine’ and ‘grow into the most beautiful version of herself’ made her ‘heart beat a little happier.’

‘You’ve worked so hard to get here. Everything that you do from here on out is for you – for your success, happiness, and God’s glory,’ she concluded.

‘Stay safe. Get sleep. Have faith in yourself. And remember, mom and dad are ALWAYS here when you need us.’

Ava, who has gained a legion of followers for showcasing the many lavish perks that come with being the daughter of billionaire Chiefs owner Clark, recently had to be rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery after she fell from a mountain while hiking.

‘This little thang fell down the mountain today on a hike [and] went to the ER for surgery on a deep wound,’ her mom revealed on Instagram at the time, alongside a smiling picture of herself and Ava.

‘It’s been a long day. Praise God she’s in recovery and already smiling. Please pray for a quick [and] complete recovery.’

The Clark family is worth an estimated $24.8 billion, according to Forbes, and being related to a massive sports mogul certainly comes with its perks – which Ava is not shy about showing off online.

Her feeds consists of posts that show her often vacationing at top spots around the world, staying in five-star resorts, flying in private jets, eating in some of the most sought-after restaurants, and attending elite sporting events, like the Super Bowl – where she receives VIP treatment, of course.

The teen has visited Iceland, Cape Cod, Aspen, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Jerusalem, and Cabo San Lucas in Mexico recently.

She also got a chance to hangout with pop superstar Taylor Swift thanks to her dad, posting a picture with the Cruel Summer songstress back in December.

She was also spotted hugging the singer – who is dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce – following the team’s win at the Super Bowl in February

While Ava has followed in her mother’s footsteps and entered the world of pageantry – she competed in the Texas Outstanding Teen pageant back in 2021 – it seems her main passion is cheerleading.

Back in 2020, she came in first place at the cheerleading State Championships. And last year, she was picked as her school’s varsity cheer captain.

And she hopes to represent the Chiefs when she’s older. Back in 2021, she shared a snap of herself jumping in the air at the Chiefs cheerleader auditions, which she captioned, ‘I didn’t actually audition for Chiefs cheer… But maybe one day!’
