A couple’s steamy make-out session on a Brazilian beach went viral after they were interrupted by a police officer.
The footage, which since has been removed from TikTok after raking up 4 million views, showed a bikini-clad woman sitting on top of a heavy-set man at Praia Grande in São Paulo.
The couple was unaware as they smooched underneath an umbrella when an agent assigned to the São Paulo Military Police interrupted them.
He appeared to motion to cut it out and the woman obliged by hopping off her partner’s lap.
She subsequently sat on another chair as the police left the scene.
While the lovey beachgoers were warned, the São Paulo Department of Public Safety did not have a report of the incident on file, according to Brazilian news outlet G1.
The practice of obscene acts in public spaces is prohibited under Article 233 of the Brazilian Penal Code.
Criminal offenders can be punished with a fine or a jail sentence ranging from three months to one year.

A member of the São Paulo Military Police approached the couple and asked them to cool it after he spotted a woman sitting on top of man’s lap while she kissed him.
Criminal defense lawyer Guilherme M. de Andrade told Terra online news portal that the couple could not be accused for committing a sexual act.
«We can say that the display of affection made in an exaggerated manner or with an explicit sexual nature can be seen as immoral,» de Andrade said.
‘But this does not directly qualify as a ‘lewd act’ in the legal sense, unless it involves a more intimate or inappropriate action in public places.’
The passionate kiss scene comes amidst of sexual explicit incidents that have been caught on camera in recently.

Footage recorded by a witness showed the man, who was naked, with his back turned to the beach as a woman began shouting in his direction.

On January 19, a passenger on board a vessel recorded a group of men participating in an orgy in an isolated area of an upscale resort town 100 miles east of Rio de Janeiro.
The event followed a sex party involving at least 30 participants on Arpoador beach in Rio de Janeiro.
That orgy reportedly started on New Year’s Eve and lasted until dawn.
