A playboy realtor accused of gang rapes with his two brothers is reportedly selling the $40 million Miami mansion where his model wife and newborn baby live.
Oren Alexander 37, is believed to be exploring an ‘off-market’ sale of the property where wife Kamila Hansen and the couple’s baby live as he faces a ‘deluge’ of legal costs over stomach-churning rape allegations.
A judge refused Oren bail in December after he pleaded to be allowed to be with Hansen, who was due to give birth to their child two months ago, meaning he must handle any sale from behind bars.
He bought the palatial pad in the Sunset Islands community for $10million about four years ago, and realtors now estimate its value has quadrupled to $38.5million.
The five-bed, four-bath home features 147 feet of water frontage facing Sunset Lake and boasted plans by renowned architect César Molina. It’s described as a private sanctuary with a pool.
News of the sale was reported by both the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. Oren’s criminal defense attorney Richard Klugh told Bloomberg that the mansion is not for sale but gave no explanation for the reports.
Klugh added that the home is a ‘very valuable’ mansion that ‘people are interested in all the time.’ DailyMail.com has approached the attorney for comment.
The alleged listing comes after Oren, his twin brother Alon and their other brother Tal, 38, were hit by 11 new civil lawsuits from women who claim to have been sexually assaulted by one or more of the siblings.
Tal has faced his own domestic drama in recent months, with his wife Arielle filing for divorce in January.

Tal and his two siblings all deny multiple federal and state charges of rape, as well as mounting civil claims. They face enormous legal costs to defend themselves against the tidal wave of allegations.
Oren and Tal were both star realtors for Douglas Elliman in New York but the pair and Alon, an executive at their private security firm, now languish in federal custody in New York in a stunning fall from grace.
New civil complaints against the trio allege they sexually assaulted at least 17 women in New York, Miami and Moscow between 2011 and 2019.
Some of the victims claim they were drugged in the suits, which were filed in New York Tuesday.
Oren, Tal and Alon were previously indicted on federal sex trafficking charges over a slew of alleged gang rapes.
Prosecutors claim the brothers would meet women through their social contacts, date them and then rape them.
More than 60 individuals have told investigators they were raped by one or more of the three brothers.

Tal Alexander (pictured in March 2020) was also named in four individual complaints, as well as the lawsuit he faces with Oren. He denies all the charges against him
A woman in one complaint accused Oren of meeting her at a party at a luxury Miami home and attacking her after offering to give her a tour of the property.
She claims he led her to a room and ‘suddenly and aggressively threw her onto the bed’, the complaint states, according to NBC News.
She alleges she objected his advances but he ‘overpowered’ and assaulted her. The victim claimed Oren then forced her to shower and escorted her back to the party.
Another complaint accused Tal of sexually assaulting a woman, whom he invited to be his date to an event, in his apartment in 2014.
The victim alleged that Tal assaulted her, got up and then ‘pointed to a tuxedo hanging near his bathroom, and stated he had an event to attend’. She claims he told her to ‘see herself out’ and then ‘entered the shower, dismissing her presence’.
In a separate complaint, two women allege that Tal and Oren took turns raping them in incidents that took place in 2011 and 2013.
Tal and Oren were named as defendants in four lawsuits each. They also face two complaints together. One suit was filed against Alon.
Andrew Van Arsdale, an attorney who represents 11 of the women who filed suits on Tuesday told NBC News that the new filings show how ‘incredibly brutal’ the brothers were in their assaults.
He said ‘scope and breadth of the havoc’ detailed in the complaints demonstrates ‘total disregard’ the Alexander brothers had for the women around them’.
‘We are doing everything we can to try and get some level of accountability, some form of justice for these women,’ Van Arsdale added.

One new complaint was filed against Alon Alexander (pictured during his bond hearing last year) on Tuesday. In a statement provided through his attorney, Alon claimed the allegations against him ‘are just not true’
Klugh, along with co-counsel Jenny Wilson, denied the allegations against Oren, telling the New York Times in a statement that he has ‘never raped anyone and he has never drugged anyone.’
‘These belated allegations should be seen for what they are – a last-ditch money grab barred by state law. Oren will establish his innocence of this concerted attack driven in every instance by financial objectives,’ the statement added.
Tal’s lawyer Deanna Paul alleged that her client was an ‘easy target’ for accusers who have fabricated stories in seek of financial gain.
She told the newspaper: ‘This transparent attempt at a cash grab will fail and we expect these frivolous lawsuits will similarly be dismissed.’
Alon, in a statement provided to the outlet through his attorney, claimed the allegations against him ‘are just not true.’
‘The only sexual encounters I have had in my lifetime have been consensual and legal. I have never drugged a woman, nor have I ever had sex with a woman who I believed was drugged,’ he said.

The brothers’ father Shlomy raised eyebrows after smiling and declaring that he was doing ‘great’ after attending a court hearing for his alleged gang-rapist sons in Miami in December

Meanwhile, the boy’s mother Orly urged them to smile and blew kisses at them
The Alexander brothers made their first appearance in a New York federal courtroom earlier this month.
A federal indictment charges Oren and Tal with using wealth and influence they built up by selling high-end properties in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles to rape and sexually abuse women from at least 2002 to 2021. Alon is charged, too.
Assistant US Attorney Elizabeth Espinosa said investigators have now interviewed more than 60 individuals who said they were raped by at least one of the brothers.
Prosecutors had previously said that more than 40 women had told prosecutors they were raped by the men over a two-decade span.
The Miami men, who are in jail with no bail, pleaded not guilty before Judge Valerie E. Caproni, who set a January 5 trial date.
The men, handcuffed and in shackles and separated from one another by their lawyers, sat quietly as their lawyers answered the judge’s request for their pleas.
Espinosa then described the evidence that was being studied by investigators and would be turned over to defense lawyers for their review.

The evidence features social media accounts, including dating websites, along with large volumes of electronic data taken from phones that were seized from each defendant during his arrest and more electronic devices taken during searches at their homes, the prosecutor said.
A trial is months away because of the number of allegations facing the brothers and should last around six weeks when lawyers are finally ready.
The Alexanders’ parents behavior raised eyebrows during earlier court hearings.
Asked by a reporter how he was doing on leaving a Florida court hearing for Oren and Alon in December, their dad Shlomy give a wide smile and said ‘great.’
Their mom Orly was seen encouraging the pair to smile during the same hearing while blowing a kiss at the alleged gang rapists.
Meanwhile, a blood-curdling unearthed yearbook post by Oren while at school bragged of his favorite school memory being ‘riding my first choo-choo train.’
NBC Miami reported that may have been a reference to a disgusting sexual practice known as a ‘running train’ where multiple men have sex with the same women.
Tal is also said to have referred to a ‘running train’ in his yearbook photo.
