Democrats’ fury at Haley Stevens means the party’s antisemitic transformation is almost complete

It’s telling: The leadership of the Democratic Party is angrier at Rep. Haley Stevens for standing up to antisemitism than they ever were at Graham Platner for sporting an actual Nazi tattoo.

The intraparty explosion after Stevens pulled her endorsement of US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed was the culmination of a betrayal that began years ago.

The party has abandoned American Jews and Western values in its hunger for power — and that didn’t start with El-Sayed, with Platner or even with Zohran Mamdani.

Stevens initially endorsed El-Sayed after losing to him in their August primary.

But she’s been increasingly critical of his antisemitism, his embrace of Maoist cosplayer Hasan Piker, and his refusal to condemn a supporting PAC’s ad claiming that Americans can’t afford bananas because their tax dollars are being used to kill Palestinian kids in Gaza.

So El-Sayed’s campaign barred her from a “unity” event this weekend — and Stevens endorsed Republican Mike Rogers instead.

Then all hell broke loose — and supposedly mainstream Democrats showed us who they really are.

Stevens’ staff resigned en masse.

“The Democrats don’t even think you’re worth a used condom,” Dem strategist James Carville told her, as he declared her political career “over.”

Chuck Schumer called Stevens’ endorsement decision a “despicable betrayal,” while Nancy Pelosi dubbed it “horrific.”

Michigan Democratic Party Chairman Curtis Hertel ousted her from the state party.

Their message was clear: Party over country.

Democrats must make common cause with terror supporters and communists to conquer Republicans and President Donald Trump.

This pattern started years ago, when Democrats began welcoming members of the Democratic Socialists of America into the party’s ranks.

The DSA has made no secret of its plans to overtake the Democratic Party and wear it as a skin suit.

Now they’ve reached critical mass, and their anti-western, anti-Jewish mind virus has infected the party’s highest ranks.

Longtime leaders like Schumer, who calls himself “the guardian of Israel,” are so afraid of losing their positions to far-left radicals that they cave to every demand of the red-green alliance.

El-Sayed isn’t even the worst offender.

Darializa Avila Chevalier, who rallied in favor of Hamas on Oct. 8, 2023, in Times Square while Jews were still being slaughtered and raped by Palestinian terrorists, is about to become a member of Congress — representing New York City, home to the largest Jewish community in America.

In New Jersey, Democratic House nominee Adam Hamawy traveled with Omar Abdel-Rahman, the “Blind Sheikh” convicted of plotting attacks on New York landmarks, and even testified for the defense at Abdel-Rahman’s 1995 terror trial.

Former President Barack Obama has campaigned for El-Sayed, a man whose family maintains multiple ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Council on American Islamic Relations, a group listed by the Justice Department in 2007 as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror financing case in US history, has endorsed nearly 700 candidates across 27 states for this November’s election, only one of whom is running as a Republican.

Many are likely to win.

The socialist-Islamic alliance has completely infiltrated the Democratic Party.

This isn’t a trial balloon or a boundary-pushing exercise.

We are witnessing a fundamental transformation of a major American political party — the equivalent of letting the fox run the chicken farm, or handing the warden’s keys over to the death row inmates

This is what happens when a party fills its ranks with lowlifes who hate America.

And Democratic lawmakers at the highest levels are slamming one liberal congresswoman for choosing her moral compass over party loyalty.

In July, a few dozen Democrats signed the Promise to America pledge, a message of moderation that they called “a clear set of principles to regain voters’ trust.”

“We are capitalist, not socialist,” the signatories — including 10 members of Congress, like Rep. Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey and New York Reps. Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen — declared.

Yet all three have remained silent as Stevens has been pilloried.

Carville signed the Promise to America pledge, too. Apparently his commitment to common sense ends when a Democrat actually breaks ranks.

There are Democrats still willing to work across the aisle, stand for the national anthem and say the Pledge of Allegiance.

Democrats who describe themselves as capitalists believe in American military might, back the blue, and refuse to unite with terror apologists.

They know electing the likes of El-Sayed isn’t a price worth paying to defeat Trump.

But they need to act on those convictions.

Democrats, it’s not too late to follow Haley Stevens’ example and pull your party back from the brink.

History has its eyes on you.
