Jen Affleck’s divorce from Zac Affleck took a bitter turn after she posted a video of him criticizing her postpartum body — after he claimed to be her biggest supporter.
On Thursday, Zac posted a TikTok video breaking his silence on the split, in which he confirmed that he learned she filed for divorce on the news. He also noted that despite the split, he will continue to be her “biggest fan.”
Following his emotional upload, Jen took to her own TikTok page and shared a throwback video where she was two weeks postpartum and he warned her not to post a video showing her “sagging tits.”
In the footage, Zac, 30, could be heard saying, “[I] hope you’re not making a TikTok looking like that. … Your boobs are literally like … Your tits are sagging all over. You don’t want to post that, baby, I can tell you that right now.”
“He was never my biggest supporter,” Jen, 27, captioned the post, directly referring to her estranged husband’s post.
A follower called out Zac about Jen’s upload in the comments section of his video on Thursday, writing, “As much as I don’t like Jen.. if my husband told me my boobs were ‘saggy’ 2 weeks after giving birth, I’d never forgive him.”
Zac responded, “This was a video from 2022. Obviously horrible and should have never been said. When I saw the video today, I was absolutely shocked I had said that. I said a lot of horrible and hurtful things, but I have tried my best to learn and grow.”
The “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star took another swipe at Zac by posting an additional video of a tense moment during their marriage where he seemed to scold her for not putting a dirty towel away.
“I’ve been all your laundry for the past… forever,” Jen told him. “If I got a little bit more help from you it would be nice. Maybe we’d have some towels.”
In turn, Zac walked away angrily.
Zac admitted to making “plenty of mistakes” in their marriage in his Thursday video.
“I don’t want anyone speaking bad about Jen,” he told his followers. “I’ll be the first to say I’ve made plenty of mistakes in our marriage, and it just really was time for us to go our own ways. We got married so young, and it sucks because I really did feel like we had something pretty special when we got married.”
On Wednesday, Page Six confirmed that Jen submitted her divorce filing Tuesday in Utah County District Court, as well as a parenting plan.
Jen and Zac share three children — Nora, 4, Lucas, 3, and Penelope, 1 — and she is currently pregnant with their fourth child.
As their split made headlines, the parents separately celebrated their eldest child’s birthday on Wednesday.
