Adele is suffering from partial hearing loss after contracting a painful ear infection.
The “Easy On Me” hitmaker, 36, told the crowd at her Las Vegas concert Friday that the temporary pain has been the worst she’s ever experienced — even “worse than childbirth.”
“I actually have an ear infection, which is actually pretty grim. I’ve never had an ear infection before,” she told fans last week, per the Sun.
“It is the most painful thing that ever, ever happened to me in my life. It was worse than childbirth.”
The 16-time Grammy winner said she picked up a “rare water bacteria” during her 10-date residency in Munich, Germany, this summer.
“[It] is hard to treat, so I was on the wrong antibiotics for a few days,” she recalled, adding that the pain was so bad that she wanted to “chop my ear off.”
“They managed to give me one that started to work. I’m no longer in pain, which is great, [but] I’m a bit deaf in my left ear,” she added.
Still, the “Set Fire to the Rain” singer said “there was no way” she would “miss this f–king show” — no matter how bad the pain was.
The Post has reached out to Adele’s reps for comment.
It’s not the first time the mom of one suffered from a painful infection.
In 2013, Adele revealed that after having to perform under the hot lights at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, she was left with a fungal skin infection.
“It is a bit crude but I never knew it existed,” she said at the time. “Obviously, when I do my shows I wear Spanx and keep it all in and make it all fit me.”
“And I sweat a lot and it doesn’t go anywhere. So basically I just sit in my own sweat,” she added.
The singer’s health woes come after she broke down in tears when spotting Celine Dion at her concert last week.
Per a video posted to X, the British pop star was roaming among the crowd while singing her 2015 hit “When We Were Young” when she came across Dion.
Immediately, Adele stopped singing and was visibly overwhelmed with emotion, as she went in to hug the “My Heart Will Go On” songstress, 56, who was seated with her 14-year-old twin sons twins, Nelson and Eddy.
The crowd cheered watching the two music icons embrace each other while crying and exchanging a few words.
Dion lovingly grabbed the “Hello” singer’s hand, held it to her face and kissed it before they went their separate ways.
