Artem Chigvintsev 911 call details argument with wife Nikki Garcia while son was present

Audio of the 911 call for Artem Chigvintsev’s domestic violence incident earlier this week has been released, and confirms that his wife, Nikki “Bella” Garcia, was present when the alleged crime occurred.

“Initially this came in as the [reporting party] requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at the [reporting party],” the dispatcher says in the clip, obtained by TMZ Friday.

Authorities were then informed that there was a “child on the scene,” which was likely the couple’s 4-year-old son, Matteo – although his name was not disclosed on the call.

The dispatcher is then asked whether there were any injuries, which she affirmed that there were and pointed out that a medical team was “en route.”

A spokesperson for the Napa County’s Sheriff’s Office, whose police force responded to the call, told Page Six earlier on Friday that officers arrested Chigvintsev Thursday morning after they conducted an investigation and found there was an “apparent injury” on the alleged victim or “a credible eyewitness.”

Garcia, 40, has not been confirmed as the alleged victim – despite being named by the dispatcher – and she has not yet released a public statement on the matter.

Public information officer Henry Wofford further told us that the alleged victim – whom he did not identify – did “not receive any medical assistance” when officers were present.

However, he noted, “I can’t say the victim didn’t need any medical assistance — that’s something that the victim would have to share,” then further clarified, “I wouldn’t say that they said it wasn’t necessary [to receive medical help], it may be the order that they wanted to go in.”

According to TMZ, Chigvintsev, 42, had been so freaked out by the unnamed victim’s injuries that he allegedly called 911 himself to get medical help but then tried to quickly cancel the call.

Although paramedics and firefighters reportedly returned to their stations initially, we’re told that police officers did arrive on the scene after they got a domestic violence call shortly before 10 a.m. local time.

The dispatcher on the 911 call TMZ obtained said that aside from there having been a verbal dispute, there was also an “active” disturbing the peace violation happening in the background.

“The responsible is going to be Nicole Garcia born in ’83,” she added in the audio clip. “Trying to get the two parties to separate.”

Following an investigation, Page Six was told officers found enough proof to arrest Chigvintsev for a felony domestic violence charge, and he was sent to Napa County jail.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum – whom we confirmed will not be returning to the show for Season 33 – was released Thursday around 2:15 p.m. local time after he paid his $25,000 bail.

A hearing on this case is pending but a date has not yet been announced.

Reps for Chigvintsev and Garcia did not return Page Six’s repeated requests for comment.
