It’s one of the most elegant events in the fashion calendar, but it appears Paris Fashion Week attendees have forgotten all about the formal dress code.
The cream of the fashion world have arguably lowered the unspoken attire rules of the classy week, trading in timeless pieces for crop tops, extra short shorts, and sheer lace.
For instance, Madonna‘s daughter, Lourdes Leon, 28, arrived at Saint Laurent’s show at the Bourse de Commerce Pinault Collection on Tuesday dressed in a see-through cat suit.
Though she made some attempt at covering her modesty with a leather trench coat, her front half was totally exposed except for a black thong.
Lourdes, who was gunning to play her mother in the singer’s upcoming biopic, but lacked the acting experience needed to take on the Material Girl, joined Iris Law and Zoe Kravitz at the coveted event.
Meanwhile, Matty Healy‘s fianceé, Gabbriette Bechtel, also made an appearance at the show in a similarly dramatic black ensemble.
While there’s no denying that the model and chef looked glamorous in her 2000s-inspired ensemble, her choice of embracing the risqué ‘underboob’ trend might raise some eyebrows.
Matty and Gabbriette have been linked since September 2023, when they were spotted packing on the PDA in New York City, shortly after his well-publicised split from Taylor Swift in June that year.

Kylie Jenner opted to crop the classic Chanel blazer for the Spring/Summer 2025 show on Tuesday
The couple went on to announce their engagement in June 2024 after a whirlwind nine-month romance, with Gabbriette showing off her black diamond ring on Instagram.
Aside from her modelling pursuits, Gabbriette shares a taste for the stage with Matty, having been the lead vocalist for punk rock band Nasty Cherry – a group hand-picked by British Charli XCX in 2018.
Across the way from Gabriette, Kylie Jenner stepped out at the Chanel show and put her spin on the brand’s classic suit.
The 27-year-old makeup mogul chose to slice the suit jacket to make it cropped – a bold stamp on Chanel’s most legendary design.
The Kardashians star, who launched her own clothing line Khy in 2023, accessorised with a silver body chain and matching anklet.
On Tuesday, Kylie took to Instagram to give fans a behind the scenes look at her lavish ensemble and ‘dream morning’ with the high-end brand.

Amelia Gray opted for jeans and a crop top outside Chanel, during Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2025
In the snaps, she revealed that Chanel sent 30 purses to her hotel room to choose from for the star-studded event — totalling over $150 thousand (£120 thousand) worth of handbags at her disposal.
The youngest member of the Kar-Jenner clan shared images of the hours leading up to the celebrity-packed runway show.
Other stars also seen at the Chanel Spring Couture fashion show included Dua Lipa, Lily-Rose Depp, Jennie Kim, Mathilde Ollivier, Fernanda Torres, Dianna Agron and Jessica Biel.
Meanwhile, Amelia Gray Hamlin stood outside the same show in an outfit one might expect to see worn during a trip to the supermarket.
The 23-year-old American model and television personality sported a crop top, jeans, and fur coat as she posed for photographs.
Amelia, the daughter of actor Harry Hamlin and reality TV star Lisa Rinna, gave her look a unique touch with a pair of pink shoes embroidered with cartoon dragons.
Amelia’s mother also made headlines during her trip to the City of Love, with the Real Housewives of Beverely Hills star debuting a fresh look with a black bob at the Schiaparelli show.
Lisa ditched her usual blonde pixie cut for a straight shoulder length black ‘do with a block fringe, looking world’s away from her usual self.

While Amelia was on the more casual side, model Tatiana Korsakova landed on the other side of the spectrum in a pair of Chanel logo shaped glasses and a tweed co-ord.
The former model, who runs a luxe activewear label, also chose to partially reveal her bottom half with a pair of extra short shorts.
It comes after Pamela Anderson scored a high fashion FROW position with Anna Wintour at Jacquemus men’s Paris Fashion Week show on Sunday afternoon.
The actress, 57, and the fashion icon, 75, posed for a picture together with one seat separating them.
Last year, Pamela made comments about Vogue media executive Anna after she was invited to the prestigious Met Gala for the first time.
Each year, Wintour decides who makes the guest list and who’s relegated to the waitlist.
Speaking to The Times Pamela said it meant a lot to her to be invited, adding: ‘I feel like everything has led me to this pinnacle moment where I get to be at the Met, being respected and accepted by Anna Wintour.
‘I can imagine that in the past I was not someone she would ever take a second look at. I wasn’t in fashion, ever. I wasn’t cool.
‘And I know those things may seem really superficial to some people, but it means a lot to me.’

At the Jacquemus show, Pamela cut a chic figure in a white dress, which she teamed with shiny black heels and a matching bag.
She opted for her usual toned-down no makeup look and wore her blonde tresses pulled back.
Anna looked typically stylish in a red and white patterned dress and accessorised with her statement sunglasses.
Raye, Central Cee, and Carla Bruni were the other famous faces making an appearance at the show.
Pamela’s outing for the show comes after she broke silence over her Oscar snub for The Last Showgirl.
The critically-acclaimed indie film – following an ageing Las Vegas showgirl who must evolve when her show is shut down – earned scores of rave reviews for her portrayal of Shelly Gardner in director Gia Coppola’s film.
Unfortunately, Anderson’s name wasn’t called when the 97th Academy Awards nominations were revealed.
While some consider her exclusion a snub, Anderson herself insisted that she wasn’t expecting her name to be called at all.
‘Oh my gosh, it’s not something I ever expected. Doing the work is the win,’ Anderson said in an interview with Elle on Thursday.
‘That’s what I like to do, and I think we can lose sight of that sometimes in this whole crazy awards season, but it’s nice to be recognized, and it’s all a bonus,’ she added.
The Last Showgirl marked her first starring role in many years, as Anderson added that she was more than happy with the accolades she’d already received.
‘I couldn’t imagine [it] anyway. I’m happy for the SAG nomination, that’s [voted on by] your peers. That’s really cool. This has been a long road promoting this film,’ she said.
She added that the success of The Last Showgirl is ‘the best payback’ after the Hulu miniseries Pam & Tommy, which chronicled the leak of her and Tommy Lee’s sex tape.
‘It’s just one of those things. It happened and now I’m here and so this is the best payback … I’m being seen and recognised for my work and not these tawdry moments,’ she said on Andy Cohen’s Sirius XM show Radio Andy.
When asked about the Hulu series, which starred Lily James and Sebastian Stan as Pamela and Tommy, she said: ‘I didn’t have any involvement. No one called me, which was so strange and that was hurtful.’
‘I think ethically it’s illegal. But I mean, you’re kind of fair game. I remember people telling me that a long time ago that you are basically public property and have no right to privacy,’ she said of the incident that made headlines around the globe.
When asked if anyone from Hulu ever approached her with an apology, she replied, ‘No they haven’t.’
The series recreated the moment where the tape was in a safe that was stolen by a disgruntled contractor (played by Seth Rogen) who was furious that Lee wouldn’t pay him.
