Cher’s troubled son Elijah Blue Allman has been spotted back at the Chateau Marmont hotel with a woman who is not his wife, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Allman, 48, has been locked in a court battle with his famous mother over her intent to be appointed his conservator in place of his British rocker wife Marieangela ‘Queeny’ King, 36.
Now DailyMail.com has obtained exclusive photos showing Allman drinking what looked like cocktails with a mystery blonde woman at the LA hotspot where he was living last summer before his latest spell in rehab.
He was dressed in a bizarre vestment-style robe.
Sources told DailyMail.com the recovering drug addict checked into the $742-a-night hotel at the beginning of August along with a male friend.
An eyewitness said: ‘Elijah is back and looks a lot better than last year around the same time when he passed out on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. He checked in with a male friend and they each got separate rooms.

‘He’s been pretty low-key except he looked like Sunset Jesus wearing different colored long robes around the hotel.’
Sunset Jesus – real name Kevin Lee Light – was a local eccentric who was famous for wandering up and down LA’s famous Sunset Boulevard while dressed as Jesus until his death from pneumonia in 2018.
The source added: ‘Elijah spent most of his time at the pool chain-smoking with his friend. Every night in the early evening, his friend would drive him somewhere for a couple hours.
‘And then like clockwork, a blonde woman who looked to be in her early thirties would come visit Elijah at about 7pm every night and stay until about 10:30pm.’
An insider close to King said she has recently moved into a new apartment but added that the status of her marriage is unclear, with the couple still spending time together.
Allman and King have been married for more than 11 years but their relationship has long been stormy, with the singer filing for divorce in 2021.
In January, the pair filed a petition to have the application tossed – only for a judge to deny their request on a technicality due to Cher’s ongoing efforts to be appointed her son’s conservator.
That long-running saga has seen Cher, who will release a hotly-anticipated memoir on November 19, accused by King of having Allman ‘kidnapped’ from a New York hotel room in November 2022 when the pair were trying to patch up their marriage and later forcing her son into a harsh Mexican rehab.

Allman, who claims to be sober, has opposed being forced into a conservatorship overseen by his mother and has asked that King be given the job instead.
The mother and son were due to appear in court in LA on June 11 but postponed that hearing to take part in mediation sessions.
King and her famous mother-in-law have long had a frosty relationship with Cher, 77, saying she has been a ‘destructive presence’ in his life, impeding his efforts to stay clean and sober
The case is scheduled to go back to court on September 13.
The bitter court fight, which started in December when Cher applied to become Allman’s temporary conservator, has proved particularly nasty with the 48-year-old blasting his mom as ‘misguided’ and ‘unfit’ to control a conservatorship.
‘I have seen her suffer with depression in the past and I do not believe that she is capable of making appropriate decisions for my estate,’ he said in court documents.
‘I do not need a conservatorship. The only person who can save me from my demons is me – and I’m doing just that.’
Cher says her son’s past drug addiction, plus mental and physical health issues, make him unable to manage the $120,000 a year he gets from a trust fund set up for him by his father – blues singer Greg Allman who died in 2017.
The singing legend said she feared he would spend his $30,000 quarterly payouts on drugs, putting his life in jeopardy.
King was by her husband’s side during a court hearing in January. An insider close to King said she has recently moved into a new apartment but added that the status of her marriage is unclear, with the couple still spending time together
Her application was initially denied by Judge Jessica Uzcategui in January on the grounds the star’s attorneys had not given Allman enough notice of the court action and had refused to share confidential information with him.
Nonetheless, Cher was given the green light to proceed with the court fight, despite Allman’s objections and his preference for King’s appointment should a conservatorship be deemed necessary.
‘My wife is entitled to priority,’ Allman said in court papers. ‘My understanding therefore is that Cher is no longer entitled to priority.’
King and her famous mother-in-law have long had a frosty relationship with Cher saying she has been a ‘destructive presence’ in Elijah’s life, impeding his efforts to stay clean and sober.
‘Their tumultuous relationship has been marked by a cycle of drug addiction and mental health crises,’ she said in court filings.
Cher claimed King has not been ‘supportive of Elijah’s recovery and … actively works to keep Elijah from getting clean and sober or receiving mental health treatment that he desperately needs.’
She said it ‘would be unsafe for Elijah and his estate’ to assign King any control of the conservatorship,’ saying that ‘it would result in the immediate loss or dissipation of Elijah’s assets for self-destructive purposes.’

The pair also clashed over Cher’s decision to send her son to rehab in Mexico with King traveling to the country personally to spring Allman out.
In court papers, he said: ‘My mother and I have had a strained relationship for years. As an example, on October 17, 2023, my mother arranged for me to be brought to Mexico for what I was told was «holistic alternative therapy».
‘Upon arrival in Mexico, I was told that I was not there for holistic/alternative treatment and, in fact, was not permitted to leave.
‘It was my wife who retained counsel and negotiated my release from the facility in Mexico.
‘While I wish to believe that my mother wants the best for me, I have personal knowledge that she does not manage her own finances.
‘I therefore have grave concerns about this court permitting her to manage any of mine.’
