Daniel Jones’ quest to become the latest quarterback revival — joining Sam Darnold, Geno Smith, Baker Mayfield and others — took another massive step Sunday.

Jones orchestrated a nine-play, 41-yard drive for the Colts that ended with Spencer Shrader connecting on a game-winning field goal during their 29-28 home win over the Broncos.

After an impressive Week 1 performance, Jones threw for 316 yards and a touchdown while rushing for another score, as Indianapolis used a balanced offensive attack — Jonathan Taylor rushed for 165 yards — to secure a 2-0 start.
