Demi Moore recalled the grueling workout routine she put herself through following the birth of her second daughter, Scout Willis, in 1991.

At the time, the actress — who was living in Malibu, Calif., with then-husband, Bruce Willis — decided to bike 30 miles to and from work every day while filming “Indecent Proposal.”

“I was feeding her through the night, getting up in the dark with a trainer … biking all the way to Paramount, even on location where we were shooting; then shooting a full day, which is usually a 12-hour day; and then starting all over again,” Moore said during a new interview with “CBS Sunday Morning.”

“I think [Scout] was, like, five or six months old when we were shooting,” she added.

Moore also admitted that she had unrealistic expectations about her postpartum recovery.

“I put so much pressure on myself,” the “Ghost” star, 61, said in the interview Sunday.

“I did have experiences of being told to lose weight. And all of those, while they may have been embarrassing and humiliating, it’s what I did to myself because of that.”

“Even just the idea of what I did to my body, it’s so crazy, so ridiculous,” the “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle” star continued.

She also added that snapping back into shape after giving birth “probably” didn’t “matter that much.”

Even so, Moore said that “at the time” getting back to her pre-baby body was “everything” to her.

The Emmy-nominated actress welcomed three daughters with Bruce, 69, during their 13-year marriage.

Rumer was born in 1988, followed by Scout in 1991 and Tallulah in 1994.

Moore and her ex-husband called it quits by 2000, however, the family still spends plenty of time together amid Bruce’s battle with frontotemporal dementia.

The “Die Hard” actor was diagnosed with aphasia and dementia in March 2022, which resulted in his retirement from acting.

Tallulah, 30, recently shared a sweet update on her father during an interview with E! News in August.

“Our visits have so much love and I feel that overarches anything for me,” she told the outlet. Tallulah also explained that Bruce is doing “the same,” which in his situation is “a good thing.”
