The Digital Services Act (DSA) updates the Electronic Commerce Directive 2000 regarding illegal content.

The DSA regulates online intermediaries and platforms with its main goal being to prevent illegal and harmful activities online and the spread of disinformation.

In accordance with the DSA, Telegraph Media Group has an obligation to provide its EU-based users with the necessary mechanisms in order to report any content which they believe to be illegal content within its online comments sections.

Please use the form provided below to report illegal content.

If you have any further questions, please contact: moderation@telegraph.co.uk.
