Die ungarische EU-Ratspräsidentschaft begann am 1. Juli, und eigentlich dauert sie noch bis zum 31. Dezember. Uneigentlich war sie allerdings am 5. Juli schon wieder vorbei. Das war der Tag, an dem Viktor Orbán auf „Friedensmission“ von Budapest nach Moskau flog und Wladimir Putin, dem Diktator, Kriegstreiber und Vergewaltiger der Ukraine, im Kreml die Hand schüttelte.
