The bleeding Dodgers fan reportedly had to be helped out, while the Padres supporters are said to have been ejected.
Photos, which were shared to social media by Gitt, who witnessed the incident, showed splotches of blood across one of the seats and the ground, while spilled popcorn lay scattered over the concrete floor.
It is currently unclear if any arrests were made. DailyMail.com has contacted the LAPD for comment.
The incident is just the latest in a stream of fan violence that has swept through American sports in recent years.
The NFL in particular has suffered an epidemic of fan brawls at stadiums across the country over the past couple of seasons.
Just last week, horrific scenes played out during the Atlanta Falcons’ game against the New Orleans Saints when a man threw another to the ground and repeatedly stomped on his head.
