Megan Forte Clarke is coupled-up with Tommy Bradley but she’s also grown close to Conor Phillips in the Love Island villa, with a potential love triangle having now formed
Fans are convinced that they know how things will play out in the love triangle involving Megan Forte Clarke, Tommy Bradley and Conor Phillips that’s developing on Love Island. Some viewers think they spotted a game plan underway.
Megan has been coupled-up with Tommy since the latest series of the ITV2 show launched two weeks ago. They are one of two original couples still together, though recent episodes have seen Megan express interest in someone else.
She’s been seen growing close to Conor Phillips, who is coupled-up with fellow bombshell Emily Moran at the moment. Megan recently teased to co-stars Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettet that she’s now «in a bit of a pickle».
Megan was seen discussing a potential romance with Conor in last night’s episode. She told him in one scene: «I think one thing that always like attracted me to you from the start was like you were very vocal about what you wanted.»
After the last recoupling, Conor suggested to Emily that they take a «step back» from each other. And, asked who he would choose if there was an recoupling in the moment, he told Megan in last night’s episode that he would pick her.
In tonight’s episode, Shakira told Harry Cooksley that Megan has more «sexual chemistry» with Conor after being confided in by her co-star recently. Tommy later found out about the conversation and then confronted Megan.
Tommy said: «Apparently you were saying you’ve got like way more sexual chemistry with Conor and just the thought of a recoupling with him made you like buzzing?» Megan replied: «What? No!» She then said there is «more sexual tension» with Conor because they haven’t been able to «explore anything».
She went on to question Harry over his actions. Megan later told Tommy that she was «p***ed off» that he had believed his friend and doubted her. The following day, she told some of the other islanders that she was «raging» over it and suggested Harry had «blown it out of proportion».
Later, Conor was seen chatting to Megan on the terrace. Asked who she would choose in a recoupling there and then, Megan said: «Yesterday it would’ve been Tommy but I’m f***ing raging with him, so it’s you [today].» She later adds: «I wanna get to know you.»
Megan then teased that she wants to keep exploring her connection with Conor, before sharing a kiss. She said: «I wanna get to know you, definitely, like and I think it’d be a shame like if we didn’t properly go for it. There’s no point like half going for it.» Conor teased: «If you’re gonna try and get to know someone, you might as well do it fully, like.» Megan said: «Yeah.»
Fans shared their thoughts on the situation in posts on X during the episode. Some are suspecting that Megan will end up with Conor, with several viewers questioning if she could use the situation as an excuse to get closer to him.
One said: «Megan don’t wanna be with Tommy anymore but she doesn’t wanna be the bad guy.» Another said: «Irish Megan has been waiting for any excuses to be p***ed off at Tommy so she has an excuse to go for Connor and here it is.»
A third said: «Megan is trying to make Tommy seem like the bad guy so she can move on to Conor. It would be better if she was honest instead of trying to manipulate the situation.» Someone else wrote: «I fear Megan’s using the Harry situation as an excuse to leave Tommy…»
One viewer commented during the episode: «Megan trying to find any excuse to crack on with Conor. Im familiar with your game babes.» «Megan just say you don’t fancy Tommy and crack on with Conor,» someone wrote. Another viewer said: «Ugh can Megan just couple up with Connor already?»
During the episode though, others questioned Tommy and his suggestion that he was fine for Megan to get to know other people in the villa. One wrote: «Tommy needs to stop making it seem as if he doesn’t have an issue with Megan getting to know the other boys because he’s FUMING af.» Another said: «Tommy is saying he has no problem with Megan getting to know people when he 100% has a problem…like please be fr.» Someone else said: «Tommy needs to realise that Megan is single.»
