America’s favorite homemaker was also a homewrecker.
In her upcoming Netflix documentary, Martha Stewart reveals she cheated on her ex-husband, publisher Andrew Stewart, and that she believed he never found out.
“Young women, listen to my advice, if you’re married and your husband starts to cheat on you, he’s a piece of s–t. Get out of that marriage,” Martha says in the trailer for the film.
In the doc, titled “Martha,” which will premiere on Oct. 30, a producer then asks the 83-year-old entrepreneur whose net worth is around $400 million, “Didn’t you have an affair early on?” and she replies, “Yeah, but I don’t think Andy ever knew about that.”
Andrew Stewart, who cheated on Martha with her ex-assistant Robyn Fairclough and left the “Martha Stewart Living” host after 29 years of marriage, is “furious” about the candid revelation, reported NewsNation’s Paula Froelich.
“Neighbors of Andy and his children say the publisher is furious as he is very private and feels he’s dragged into the drama … again,” Froelich dished.
The couple, who divorced in 1990, welcomed their daughter, Alexis, 59, a TV and radio host, in 1965.
