This week’s new movies on demand include the Golden Globe-winning animated feature Flow, plus the serial killer comedy Get Away starring Aisling Bea and Nick Frost.

Also out this week are two dystopian dramas, The End and 2073. 2073 is the new film from Asif Kapadia which stars Samantha Morton as a mute survivor in a post-apocalyptic world. The film blends fiction with real-life footage hinting at the root causes of the new dystopian society, like climate change, AI, and the rise of the far right, and it threatens a grim prediction for humanity. Naomie Ackie and Hector Hewer co-star. The End co-stars Tilda Swinton, Michael Shannon and George MacKay as a wealthy family surviving the end of the world, whose destruction they helped cause. Did we mention it’s a musical?

These are just a few of the films that are available to watch on Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, YouTube, and through your cable service this week. Check out what movies are available to buy or rent on demand now.

Flow, which won the Golden Globe this week for Best Animated Feature, beating out blockbusters like Inside Out 2 and Moana 2, also arrive to digital this week. The film, which follows the journey of a tenacious cat after his home is devastated by a great flood, is dialogue-free and uses both CG and hand-drawn animation scored with real animal sounds as well as sounds from nature, all assembled into a beautiful story by Latvian filmmaker Gints Zilbalodis.

Get Away is the latest film written by Nick Frost, star of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. Frost has teamed up with Aisling Bea to co-star in this comedy-thriller about a family whose holiday to a remote island turns into a nightmare when they discover that there’s a serial killer on the loose there.
