Clark noted that ‘David wasn’t a person who ever expressed what he was feeling’ and said ‘he never revealed anything he was feeling, such as ‘I’m so nervous,’ so you never knew what was going on inside him.’
She also recalled him only spending time with ‘his entourage.’

The film, which retains a cult following is about an alien that must pose as a human to save his dying planet.
Bowie died, at age 69, in 2016 after battling cancer in secret for 18 months.
Despite his cancer diagnosis, Bowie continued to make music, releasing his final album Blackstar just two days before he passed away.
