An influencer charged with killing two men in a pink cocaine-fueled car crash brazenly demanded her iPhone back as she awaits trial.

Maecee Marie Lathers, 24, is accused of being high on the party drug when she ran a red light on her Mercedes, killing two in a horror collision in downtown Miami in August, 2024.

Pink cocaine, also known as Tusi, is a pink powder that is a mix of ketamine and other drugs like MDMA, methamphetamine, opioids, and other psychoactive substances like bath salts.

A Miami-Dade court denied her request to have her iPhone and two iPads back and because prosecutors want to inspect the devices for potential evidence on her drug use before the tragic crash.

Prosecutors are working to break through the phone’s password protection in order to find more information about Lathers’ whereabouts on August 10, the day of the crash, as reported by Law & Crime

The crash killed Abraham Molina and his friend Jesus Rubio. Molina’s fiancée Juanita Hernandez was injured.

Bodycam video from the scene shows Lathers vomiting minutes after she crashed her white Mercedes into a black Range Rover and silver Suzuki.

At the time of the crash, Lathers allegedly told Miami police that she had taken a party drug known as ‘Tusi,’ or ‘Tuci’ – also known as ‘pink cocaine’ – before getting behind the wheel.

She allegedly told police the potent ketamine mix even made her believe she was from the future.

Officials later noted that the alleged killer model’s license had been suspended since January.

Authorities also claim Lathers accelerated at ‘100 percent’ from 57 mph to 78 mph before she slammed into the two other vehicles.

According to the arrest report, the first victim had to be extricated from his mangled vehicle but later died at the hospital. The other victim was killed on the spot.
