A tourist was arrested after allegedly going on a drunken, racist tirade at a Miami bar and telling a bartender President Trump would deport him while refusing to pay his bill.
Michael John Nixon, 42, of Arlington, Virginia was taken into custody on Sunday after allegedly harassing a Latino bartender and punching another employee at Norman’s Tavern in Miami Beach, Florida.
Nixon also refused to pay his $130 bar tab around 11:15pm on Sunday, telling staff: ‘I won’t pay s**t,’ according to Local 10.
The Arlington resident then broke a glass cup and threatened to break more items while making ‘Hispanophobic’ remarks, according to police.
‘Hola. English, motherf**ker,’ he allegedly told the bartender. ‘I live in America. You speak English.’
Nixon then allegedly repeated ‘English, b**ch’ four times before adding: ‘F**king Trump is going to deport your a**.’
He then allegedly reached for the bartender and punched a different employee in the face, according to Local 10.
The bartender then ‘began to back up’ after noticing Nixon’s ‘increasing[ly] aggressive behavior’ to ‘prevent further physical assaults,’ the arrest report said.

While leaving the bar, Nixon allegedly ‘intentionally struck’ the bartender by ‘forcefully moving his body forward, specifically his left shoulder toward’ the employee, causing the bartender to punch the Virginian in the face, police said.
Nixon left the scene before police arrived, but returned while authorities were speaking with the manager.
He was arrested and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a felony charge of battery with prejudice and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, defrauding an innkeeper and disorderly conduct, according to Local 10.
During a preliminary investigation, police found surveillance footage that showed guests stopping and staring at Nixon during his outburst, according to NBC Miami.
Several guests seated the bar also left during the fit, according to the outlet.
On Tuesday, a Miami Beach police officer testified before a court that Nixon’s reaction was racially motivated.
He is being held on a $5,450 bond.
