The “Nature Boy” is about to be single again.
Legendary professional wrestler Ric Flair announced on social media on Monday that he and his wife, Wendy Barlow, are splitting up after 13 years together and six years of marriage.
“Wendy And I Enjoyed 13 Great Years. As With Every Couple, We Have Experienced Our Ups And Downs. I Think It’s Important For Everyone To Know Right Now That We Have Decided To Part Ways Respectfully,” Flair wrote, in his customary style of capitalizing every word.
“I’ll Never Ever Be Able To Thank Her Enough For Standing By My Side Through My Terrible Health Crisis In 2017. She Never Left My Side! And For That I Will Always Be Grateful! We Both Are Working On Different Projects At The Current Time & It Becomes Difficult With My Schedule & Her Schedule To Make This Work. I Wish Her The Best Of Luck With Her Projects, And I Know That She Supports Mine!”
Flair, now 75, had been married four prior times before he and Barlow wed in 2018.
If this story feels like deja vu, it’s because Flair previously announced a split from Barlow in 2022, but the two ultimately reconciled.
Flair was famously a 16-time world champion across the NWA, WCW and WWE, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all-time.
Barlow and Flair met while working together in WCW in 1993.
Last year, he spoke to The Post about his Wooooo Energy drink.
“This stuff actually lasts all day long. This is the God’s honest truth,” Flair said at the time. “I drank two — one at 3 p.m. and one at 7 p.m. — and at 5 a.m. I was still staring at the ceiling. All it does is make you think!”
