A conservative influencer pepper sprayed what he claimed was a ‘violent leftist’ who harassed him and tried to remove his MAGA hat.
Cam Higby, an activist and journalist for Today is America, posted the video of himself and a fellow MAGA fan sitting outside Union Station offering a chance to debate people as part of their ‘Fearless Tour’.
In the clip taken Wednesday, a woman is seen sitting directly in between Higby and his partner David Khait, appearing to try to agitate the pair.
She then tried to grab the MAGA hat from Higby and throws it in his face as he falls from his chair.
During the video, she can be heard telling Higby and Khait ‘you’re evil and you’re violent’ and ‘you’re not Christians.’
As the woman tries to get away, Higby unleashes pepper spray, forcing her to tumble into a bush as she says: ‘Stupid b***!’
‘A leftist decided to physically attack me at Union Station tonight. I deployed mace in self defense,’ Higby captioned the video.
In another clip posted to social media, the woman is seen being arrested by the United States Park Police.

Higby explained his side of the story shortly after.
‘At some point, she dropped to her knees, intentionally … and she started yelling at us and started touching us,’ Higby told Fox News Digital.
‘I told her to back up and stop touching me, and she lunged at me and attacked me.’
At one point, Higby said that the woman became belligerent and attempted to resist arrest.
‘At this point now, she’s struggling with federal police, and then they tried to arrest her,’ he said. ‘Her dad is yelling at us, ‘why did you spray my daughter,’ as she’s actively fighting with federal police.’
‘In my head, I’m thinking, this is why she got sprayed. It took four federal police officers to hold her down, and finally they loaded her into the back of the police car.’
The US Parks Police said they were called to the scene at around 8pm Wednesday over what they were told was a ‘dispute.’
Officials told Fox 5 DC that she had received ‘multiple charges’ but did not specify what they were.
The attacker has since been identified on X by both Higby and the assailant herself as Taylor Forte

‘I think I show incredible restraint with the points at which I use my Mace, because I personally think after four verbal warnings not to touch me, it would have been perfectly valid to use it.
‘The roles are reversed, and I’m overly criticized because it’s a woman, but I don’t know what she has on her, and I’m not going to throw a punch at her. I think that using Mace is way better [alternative],’ he added.
The attacker has since been identified on X by both Higby and the assailant herself as Taylor Forte.
‘Hello it is I! The LEFTIST ATTACKER,’ she wrote on her account.
She also retweeted Higby’s post identifying Forte as his attacker and has said that she’s since been released from jail.
