Russia, Belarus Sign 5-Year Strategic Partnership Program in Military Field

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia and Belarus have signed a five-year strategic partnership program in the military field, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov said on Wednesday.

«Today we have signed 14 documents. This includes the program of strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the military field for the next five-year period,» Belousov said.

Russia and Belarus will hold 164 events within the framework of the military cooperation plan for 2026, Belousov said, adding that Moscow will continue to equip the Belarusian army with modern high-precision, high-tech weapons.
