However, during an interview in the US, Twain revealed: “The biggest mishap I’ve had on stage is with my horse. One time, my horse drops a big poop. I just had to say, ‘Well, s— happens’.”
The star, whose other hits include Man! I Feel Like a Woman and That Don’t Impress Me Much, said she felt honoured to be asked to perform at Glastonbury.
“It feels like an accolade of sorts because it really feels like something you have to earn. It’s just very rewarding, it’s a really beautiful feeling,” she told BBC Radio 2’s Zoe Ball.
“Everyone always talks about it being the pinnacle of festival slots. The only advice everyone gives me is to bring my wellies.”
The singer also promised that her set would have “sunset glow party energy”.
She added: “It’s [going to be] all the hits, first of all, so I expect us to all be singing, word for word, the whole time through.”
The five-time Grammy Award-winner has sold more than 100 million records during her career.
