Haunted by the World Cup or Premier League?

If you are seeing out-of-date content within the game, such as ineligible teams, players or leagues – or finding you can’t change your players – your game just needs a refresh. You can do this as follows:

  • If you are using a browser you will need to clear browsing history. Ctrl + F5 will do the job on some computers, otherwise you may need to google ‘how do I clear my cache’ and follow the link most relevant for your device / setup.
  • If you are using the app, try logging out and closing the app – and when you sign back in everything should be up-to-date.

This tends to fix a lot of Telegraph Fantasy Football website problems (as well as on the app). If all else fails, get in touch via the Contact Us page and we will help you out as best we can.

  • Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of the registration pop-up to find the link that reads: “Already have an account? Log in».
  • If you can’t remember your password, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address and a link will be set allowing you to reset it.
  • Make sure your password and email are both entered correctly with no spaces – and remember they are case sensitive

If you are having trouble registering a new account here are some top tips:

  • Your password must be at least 8 characters long, including 1 upper case, 1 number and 1 special character
  • Make sure you are not using an email address that is already registered
  • Make sure your email matches exactly in the confirmation email field
  • Make sure you tick the box agreeing to the terms and conditions

How to join a private league in Telegraph Fantasy Football

Having trouble joining a private league? All you have to do is once you have selected at least one team you can go to the Leagues tab, click the “Join a league” button and enter the private pin the league chairman can provide you (be careful as this is case sensitive and zeros can easily be mistaken for Os).

If you are still having problems please tell us more via the Contact Us page and we’ll try to help.
