Little London Kerr was last seen in 2022 and police are desperately trying to track her down. It comes as the child’s mother Ashley Ceejay Rowland, 39, and boyfriend Joshua Denton, 40, have both been arrested on multiple counts of child abuse
It’s been more than three years since London Kerr was last seen. The toddler was just two-years-old when she was last spotted at an apartment complex in Oklahoma City in April 2022, and now police are desperately searching for her after revealing shocking details surrounding her tragic upbringing.
Last week, her mother Ashley Ceejay Rowland, 39, and boyfriend Joshua Denton, 40, were arrested on multiple counts of child abuse. Concern for the little girl grew in April 2023 when authorities were not able to locate the toddler during a pickup order.
Her mother initially told police that London was with her dad in Georgia, according to arrest reports. However, she later reportedly confessed that she had given her child to a meth dealer named ‘Carlos’ in exchange for drugs in 2022.

She said ‘Carlos’ told her he was going to travel to Mexico with the child but said she did not give this man any of the child’s ID.
Before abandoning the little girl, Rowland and Denton are said to have exacted cruel and vicious physical punishment on London.
Rowland’s teenage children have claimed their mum and her boyfriend would shoot at London with BB guns, lock her in a closet and hit her with a wooden paddle, according to police.
Denton’s two teenage daughters, meanwhile, told cops their dad would pour hot sauce into the baby’s eyes and forced her to eat a hot pepper.
One of Rowland’s sons further claimed Denton duct-taped him to a chair and beat him with a belt. And court records also allege Denton committed sexual abuse, though police say those allegations do not involve London.
Rowland and Denton were arrested on 5 August on multiple charges. Denton faces nine charges, including six counts of child abuse, one count of forcible sodomy, one count of lewd or indecent acts to a child, and one count of a pattern of criminal offenses.
Rowland has been charged with one count of enabling child abuse and was previously charged with abandonment of a child in the Oklahoma County District Court last year.
Authorities have renewed their search for London, who is due to turn six years old in September.
Oklahoma City police Sgt. Dillon Quirk told KOCO-TV: «Time is of the essence, still hoping for a positive turnout in this case, and we don’t have a lot to go off of right now, which makes it extremely difficult.»
An age-progression image from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has been released to show what London might look like today in a bid to help locate the missing child.
