Loudermilk has had quite the streaming journey.
Created by Peter Farrelly and Bobby Mort, the Ron Livingston-led dramedy about a curmudgeonly recovering alcoholic who serves as a substance-abuse counselor originally debuted in 2017 on the short-lived AT&T Audience Network. The series aired for two seasons on Audience, but the network shut down before Season 3 could premiere. Enter Prime Video. Amazon picked up the series, with the previously unaired third season dropping in April 2021. And that was that… until Netflix got involved.

This is a tricky question to answer. The third season of the show originally premiered in the United States in April 2021. In most cases, a fourth season would be out of the question, but Loudermilk co-creator Peter Farrelly recently tweeted that he was “very hopeful” about future seasons of the series (h/t The Direct).
“I’m so happy people are finally finding #Loudermilk on @Netflix,” Farrelly wrote in another tweet. “That show was a joy to make and it’s FAR FROM OVER. Seasons 4 and 5 are already mapped out and ready to shoot! Just have to find the right home for it — hopefully Netflix. Can’t wait to tell the whole story!”
The vaunted “Netflix bump” recently led to news of an upcoming Suits spinoff, so a potential fourth season of Loudermilk isn’t out of the question. We’ll update this story with any new information.
