You want to track your delivery, but that’s where you would hope the monitoring ends.
But for one Shein customer the tracking may not have stopped there, as she claimed to have found a small round object sewed inside her brand-new denim overalls that she believed was a tracker.
TikTok user Riya was showing off her new outfit when she squeezed the back panel, and a loud beeping noise suddenly started going off.
‘I’m so scared right now,’ Riya said, reaching behind the overall’s and pressing the device again so the sound could be heard.
‘Ya’ll hear that?’ she asked, clearly alarmed. ‘What the f**k is that.’
‘I really like these,’ she continued, before she shimmied off the overalls, and used a knife to cut into where she could hear the device.
Riya then pulled out a white circular item with the word Chipolo engraved on its surface and asked, ‘What the f**k is this?’
Chipolo is a Bluetooth tracker, which people use to monitor their personal belongings.

‘What y’all missed was the panic attack and the police report but I’ve had these for a li’l while now and I had no idea bro,’ Riya captioned the clip. ‘I feel so violated.’
In a follow up video, Riya explained that when she heard the beeping, she ‘knew’ something was going to go down.
She also revealed that she had filed a report with the police to further investigate the tracker.
Users were concerned for her safety, and rushed to the comment section of the video to share their thoughts.
‘Says online a Chipolo tracker can only track up to 200 feet so I don’t know why they would put that in there,’ commented one user.
‘They really took tracking your order to a different level for real,’ said another.
‘Girl call the police and sue,’ urged someone else.
‘Ordered my kids Thanksgiving outfits from SHEIN last week. Didn’t realize what a deal I was getting. Someone else can take a turn keeping track of them for a while’ joked a different person.

Riya isn’t the only person to get more than what she bargained for with a Shein order.
A shopper who bought her colleague a Secret Santa gift was left petrified when a huge spider arrived with her Shein parcel recently.
Marnie Holman, 22, had made a large order from the online fashion brand that arrived on Tuesday – but when she opened it, Marnie claimed she spotted something moving inside the sealed bag that contained the present.
When she realized it was a spider, the customer was disgusted and flung the parcel in a panic.
‘I’m terrified of spiders,’ she revealed. ‘I was taking everything out of the box. Everything came in a big box because it was a big order.
‘Everything from Shein is in a sealed plastic, vacuumed casing. As I was opening the bag with the Santa hat inside, something moved across the packaging.
‘I said, «Oh my f***ing God, it’s a spider,» and threw it across the room.’
Marnie said the spider was ‘absolutely huge.’
‘When I went over to film it, it was showing its fangs to me,’ she joked.
