Chaka Khan said she’s “partnered out” after two divorces.

The Queen of Funk, 73, gave a dating life update in a new interview with the UK’s “The Observer,” where she was asked about the inspiration behind the lyric “I’ve been waiting all my life for this moment” that she sings on her upcoming album, “Chakzilla.”

“I don’t want to discuss that,” Khan bluntly replied.

“Because if I talk too much about what I would like to have, somebody will try to arrange it for me,” she explained. “So I’m just going to mosey along and let life do what it do.”

Khan added, “One of them is not necessarily a partner. I’m not looking for that.”

The “I’m Every Woman” singer’s first marriage was to Hassan Khan in 1970 when she was 17. They divorced a year later.

Khan later married Richard Holland in 1976. They had a son, Damien, before they got divorced in 1980.

Between her two marriages, Khan welcomed daughter Indira, 52, with Rahsaan Morris in 1973.

Back in 2017, Khan told The Guardian how her two marriages left her questioning herself.

“Both times I was constantly wondering which person they loved: Chaka Khan or the real me — Yvette Stevens,” she said. “It would take a man of biblical proportions for me to marry again.”

“I don’t have time for a man unless he can bring something big to the table, like a huge amount of money,” she added.

Three years earlier, Khan admitted to the Daily Mail that “being in a relationship” is her biggest fear “because it renders one so helpeless.”

“You’re so vulnerable,” she told the outlet in 2014. “I don’t know if I’m ready for that to happen again. Being in a couple is a lot of work.”

Khan also insisted that “no man in his right mind would want to be married to someone like” her.

“I can understand that,” she stated. “I’ve tried it a couple of times, and I get it. I can’t even have a pet.”
