Paul Pelosi is off the road for six months after pleading no contest to a hit-and-run.
The 86-year-old husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi hit an unoccupied Tesla in Yountville on July 3, before driving away, Napa County prosecutors said.
Pelosi pleaded no contest to misdemeanor hit-and-run and making an unlawful turn under a deal announced by District Attorney Allison Haley.

Judge Scott R.L. Young imposed the maximum six-month driving ban allowed under California law, along with one year of probation and a 10-day work program.
Pelosi must report for booking by Nov. 20.
He also paid the vehicle’s owner $11,191.14 in restitution and was ordered to pay court fines and fees.
