Wynonna Judd’s pregnant daughter, Grace Kelley, was denied temporary release from jail to give birth, according to a new report.

Us Weekly broke the news of Kelley’s pregnancy on Wednesday, revealing the 30-year-old was expecting a baby “on or about Aug. 16.”

She is currently behind bars in Rockingham County Jail in Harrisonburg, Virginia, on a fifteen-month sentence after entering a guilty plea to a felony charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license in June.

Kelley’s legal team requested a temporary furlough on July 2 — and a judge denied this two weeks later, per the outlet.

Instead, Kelley will be escorted by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office to the hospital for a scheduled cesarean section.

It is unclear whether the procedure has taken place.

Judd’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Kelley previously welcomed daughter Kaliyah in April 2022.

At the time, she was granted a leave of absence from jail to give birth.

The 4-year-old, notably, lives with Judd on the country singer’s Tennessee farm — and the court docs stated Kelley has “no contact with her biological family in Tennessee” and receives “no contact or support from that side of the family,” including her “biological mother.”

Kelley, whose history of crimes dates back to 2015, is set to be released on Nov. 16.

She will subsequently spend five years under supervised probation.

While Judd, 62, has not shared many details about raising Kelley’s daughter, she made a rare comment in a January 2025 “Today” show interview.

“Food, family and fun is my goal,” the Grammy winner said of their time together, noting they “don’t do phones at dinner” and don’t “watch television unless it’s planned.”

She added, “My life on the farm is simple and sweet, which is what we need more of, I think.”
